  • Patent number: 10344812
Abstract: A method for preventing interference between a transmission control unit (TCU) and an electronic stability program (ESP). The method comprises: a splitting step: split signals of an ESP and a traction control system (TCS), so that the TCU can learn whether the TCS is in a control state; and a detection and control step: the TCU independently detects split signals of the ESP and the TCS, and when detecting that the TCS is in the control state, the TCU suspends the active sending of a torque decrease request of the TCU to the ECU. In this way, mutual interference between a TCU and a TCS is avoided, and problems of vehicle jitter, vehicle locking, excessively rapid vehicle-speed decreasing, and excessively rapid hardware damage of a clutch are resolved.

The method comprises: a splitting step: split signals of an ESP and a traction control system (TCS), so that the TCU can learn whether the TCS is in a control state; and a detection and control step: the TCU independently detects splitted signals of the ESP and the TCS, and when detecting that the TCS is in the control state, the TCU suspends the active sending of a torque decrease request of the TCU to the ECU. In this way, mutual interference between a TCU and a TCS is avoided, and problems of vehicle jitter, vehicle locking, excessively rapid vehicle-speed decreasing, and excessively rapid hardware damage of a clutch are resolved.

  • Publication number: 20170368690
Abstract: A delayed direction change mechanism is used for implementing the follow-me function of a mobile robot. The mobile robot intentionally avoids following or reacting to a user's abrupt change of direction that exceeds a first threshold. Instead, the robot waits until the user's moving direction stabilizes and then determines its moving direction based on the user's then moving speed, direction, and/or position. A user's moving direction may be considered as stabilized if its change has always been less than or equal to a second threshold during a predetermined timeframe (e.g., 3 seconds).

  • Publication number: 20170261006
Abstract: A noise reduction structure of a supercharger, comprising: a relief channel of the supercharger having a high pressure pipeline and a low pressure pipeline; a silencing assembly which is arranged at a gas communication position between the high pressure pipeline and the low pressure pipeline. The silencing assembly has a plurality of vent holes with a hole diameter smaller than 20 mm, and the silencing assembly is configured in such a way that the high pressure gas only enters the low pressure pipeline after passing through the vent holes when the high pressure pipeline is in communication with the low pressure pipeline. The noise reduction structure of the supercharger mentioned above has good effect of noise elimination during gas release and low costs.
