Publication number: 20240143722Abstract: Acting as a proxy on behalf of a co-worker requires software and hardware entitlements to support the co-workers' duties. Such entitlements should be granted timely and maintained as long as the proxy obligations are in force. Because the proxy only accesses the co-worker's entitlements on a need-basis, there is risk that the credentials of the proxy may time-out. Because the proxy only infrequently accesses the co-worker's entitlements, the proxy may not be aware that their credentials to those entitlements have expired. Apparatus and methods for are provide for an artificial intelligence tool for managing and maintaining entitlements and for proxy, primary and secondary access credentials in complex enterprise computing environments. The tool may provide a one-stop web service and associated application for viewing current status of entitlement credentials and autonomously preventing expiration of those credentials based on current and future needs of an individual or organization.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 1, 2022Publication date: May 2, 2024Inventors: Malinda Kieffer, James Gambit, Andrzej Grabski, Susan Moss, Asha Thekkumpurath, Govindaiah Simuni, Jigar Shah, Pia Guerin, Russ Ferguson, Sekhar Dola

Patent number: 11265602Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for evaluating promotional campaigns. The system estimates a target conversion rate for an advertising campaign for a media asset and determines an actual conversion rate for the advertising campaign. The system, in response to determining that the target conversion rate and the actual conversion rate are similar, determines a target demographic audience for the target conversion rate. The system determines a primary demographic audience for the actual conversion rate and compares a first characteristic of the target demographic audience and a second characteristic of the primary demographic audience. Responsive to the determination that the target demographic audience and the primary demographic audience are different, the system generates for display a notification indicating that the target demographic audience and the primary demographic audience are different.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 2019Date of Patent: March 1, 2022Assignee: Rovi Guides, Inc.Inventors: Girdhar Malhotra, Jigar Shah, Tiffany Boorsma, Alexis Yelton, Michael Helgeson, Ezra Velazquez, Lisa Lutz, Abhijeet Sharma, William Griffin Cherry

Publication number: 20210365856Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning techniques for dynamic resource management. A computing platform may collect historical productivity data and use it to train a resource management model. The computing platform may identify specifications and a resource allocation combination for the first project using the resource management model. The computing platform may send task assignment commands to enterprise applications running on user devices corresponding to the resource allocation combination directing them to display a task list based on the specifications and the resource allocation combination. The computing platform may dynamically monitor a project management application. In response to detecting a resource modification flag, the computing platform may apply the resource management model to dynamically identify resource reassignments for the first project.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 21, 2020Publication date: November 25, 2021Inventors: Maharaj Mukherjee, Utkarsh Raj, Jigar Shah

Patent number: 11181877Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to using machine learning techniques for dynamic occupancy prediction. A computing platform may receive first data that is non-personalized and is associated with a first specific physical space, and may receive second data associated with a second specific physical space. The computing platform may normalize, for a common subspace of the first specific physical space and the second specific physical space, the first data and the second data. Using the normalized data, the computing platform may generate a predicted occupancy value for the common subspace. The computing platform may send commands directing a local HVAC control system, deployed at the common subspace, to perform a resource control action for the common subspace, which may cause the local HVAC control system to perform the resource control action for the common subspace.Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 2020Date of Patent: November 23, 2021Assignee: Bank of America CorporationInventors: Maharaj Mukherjee, Jennifer Cooper, Jigar Shah, Prasad G.
