    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose methods, systems, and devices for electronic note identifier allocation and electronic note generation. In one aspect, an electronic note identifier allocation method is performed by a processing node of a distributed computer system. The processing node receives an electronic note identifier application request initiated by a service node. The processing node generates an electronic note identifier set in response to the electronic note identifier application request. The processing node also synchronizes the electronic note identifier in the electronic note identifier set. After the synchronizing, the processing node further the electronic note identifier in the electronic note identifier set to the service node.

The method includes: establishing, by a forwarding platform, a secure link with a user terminal through a domain name of the forwarding platform; obtaining, by the forwarding platform through the secure link, a request packet transmitted by a user terminal, and the request packet comprising an address identifier of a target node in the distributed computer system and a request content of the user terminal for the target node; encrypting, by the forwarding platform, the request content to obtain a first encrypted packet; and transmitting, by the forwarding platform, the first encrypted packet to the target node according to the address identifier. Computing device and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium counterparts are also contemplated.

The pre-tensioning and chain length measurement adopts a combination structure of an independently operated screw loading system as well as two sets of unique straight guide rails and four pallets mounted on the guide rail. The pre-tensioning force loading adopts the servo system and works with decelerator and precision grinding screw for loading. The measuring force loading adopts stepper motor and works with precision grinding screw for loading. The pretension and measurement adopt two tensile force sensors, so that chain pre-tensioning force and the chain length measuring force can be controlled accurately.
