Abstract: An up-and-down swing mechanism for separated heald frames of a sample fabrics machine, which includes a plurality of heald frames fitted to a sample fabrics machine. A lower end of each of the heald frames is respectively fitted with a clutch and a swing arm, and controlling a portion of the clutches to engage/separate from the swing arms causes two swing arms to swing/not swing, which then drive a portion of the heald frames to enable up and down swing/no swing thereof through two transmission arms, thereby weaving the required fabric according to the style of sample fabric to be produced.

Abstract: A yarn-changing method in a warping machine having yarn-changing units is disclosed. The yarn-changing method includes steps of (a) stopping a rotary creel having a plurality of working yarn packages and preparing one of the yarn packages for color changing; (b) sucking a yarn of the original yarn package; (c) clipping the yarn of the original yarn package and delivering it to a connecting unit; (d) taking a new color-changing yarn package from a storing creel by a swing arm for changing and then delivering a yarn of the new yarn package to the connecting unit; (e) connecting the yarns of step (c) and step (d); and (f) starting the rotary creel for wrapping, thereby changing one of working yarn packages with one of new color-changing yarn packages efficiently.

Abstract: The method for manufacturing jacquard with colored image is disclosed, wherein the basic color printing theory in the printing technical is employed in the weaving of jacquard so that jacquard also has image with different gray levels by the same basic colors. Meanwhile, because of the increase number of the gray levels and the range, jacquard having the effect of colored photograph may be manufactured.
