Abstract: The present invention provides a projection apparatus and an operation method thereof. The projection apparatus comprises a projector and an image capturing device electrically connected to the projector. The projector provides a projection space, and the image capturing device provides an image capturing space. The projection space is located in the image capturing space. The image capturing device is configured to identify a boundary of the projection space in the image capturing space and is configured to detect a biological part located in the projection space. The image capturing device is configured to calculate a position of the biological part in the projection space, and the projector projects a mask block corresponding to the position of the biological part in the projection space. The present invention may prevent the light beam from interfering with a user.

Abstract: A calibrating apparatus for lens carrier, includes a carrier, a driving unit, a first-dimension detector, and a control unit. The driving unit is capable of moving the carrier in a first-dimension direction. The first-dimension detector is capable of generating a corresponding first-dimension positional signal for the carrier according to a condition of whether detecting the carrier. The control unit is capable of receiving the first-dimension positional signal. The control unit determines whether the driving unit performing a first-predetermined driving operation based on the first-dimension positional signal for the carrier received when starting to calibrate. Finally, a position of the carrier in the first-dimension direction is adjusted based on the first-dimension positional signal for the carrier received after performing the first-predetermined driving operation.

Abstract: A control system for controlling video and audio parameters of a display device and a play device is provided. An OSD system of the play device and an OSD system of the display device receive OSD signals respectively. The OSD signals are transmitted between the play device and the display device through a bus. Therefore, the video and audio parameters are controlled synchronously by the OSD signals. Furthermore, displayed images and sound are controlled as well.

Abstract: A method of on-screen display control for a multimedia playback projection system includes establishing a command set including a first command subset for adjusting function parameters of a projection unit in a multimedia playback projection system, and a second command subset for adjusting function parameters of a multimedia playback unit; in response to a menu control command, generating an on-screen display control menu including a projection function option and a multimedia playback function option; generating a select control command when selection of one of the options is determined; when the select control command belongs to the first command subset, enabling operation of the system in a projection mode, and adjusting the function parameters of the projection unit; and when the select control command belongs to the second command subset, enabling operation of the system in a multimedia playback mode, and adjusting the function parameters of the multimedia playback unit.
