    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module. The battery module includes a plurality of batteries that are stacked and two end plates disposed at two ends of the plurality of batteries in a stacking direction of the batteries. The battery module further includes a fixing strap, which includes a strap-shaped body and an elastic fixing part. The strap-shaped body surrounds the plurality of batteries and the end plates and defines a gap. The elastic fixing part is disposed in the gap and connected to the strap-shaped body. The elastic fixing part, together with the strap-shaped body, can provide an expansion space for the battery module with a certain restraint. In this way, the deformation of the battery module can be suppressed, and the battery module is protected from being damaged by a shear force of the strap-shaped body, thereby improving reliability of the battery performance.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a harness isolation plate assembly, a battery module, a battery pack and a device. The harness isolation plate assembly includes a plurality of isolation units comprising busbars and insulating films connecting the busbars; and a connecting assembly through which the adjacent isolation units are connected. In the present application, the harness isolation plate assembly includes a plurality of separate isolation units. Upon molding, each isolation unit can be processed independently. Moreover, a size of each isolation unit is small, thus reducing processing difficulty. Furthermore, it is easy to control a location of each busbar, such that locating accuracy of the busbars is improved so as to enhance connecting reliability between the busbars and an electrode lead. Meanwhile, in each isolation unit, the busbars are connected through the insulating films, such that a risk of short circuit for the busbars is low.

In this way, temperature collection is more accurate, a thermal conductive path is short, and a temperature collection response speed is fast.

The temperature sensing element is in contact with the thermal conduction plate. In the battery module, the thermal conduction plate fits the batteries. Heat generated by the batteries is transferred to the thermal conduction plate. The temperature sensing element is in contact with the thermal conduction plate to acquire a temperature of the batteries. Because the temperature of the batteries that is acquired by the temperature sensing element via the thermal conduction plate is close to an actual temperature of the batteries, a deviation between the temperature acquired by the temperature sensing element and the actual temperature of the batteries can be reduced.
