Abstract: The present invention discloses fusion systems and methods of assembly and use. The fusion systems include a first fastener, a second fastener, and an elongate member with a first end and a second end. The first end being secured to the first fastener and the second end being secure to the second fastener. The method of assembling a fusion system and methods of using the fusion systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems and methods for documenting an encounter and communicating about same are described. The systems and methods of this invention generally comprise an electronic records system for creating and maintaining information in electronic records; a point-of-encounter system in communication with the electronic records system, wherein the point-of-encounter system allows a scribe to document the encounter into a predetermined electronic record; and a library of event-specific templates usable for documenting the encounter. The systems of this invention allow new dynamically-generated templates to be created and added to the library of event-specific templates as needed.
