Abstract: A mask adapted to be installed over the existing face of a doll having projecting facial features to change the appearance of the doll's face includes a front surface configured to represent the face of a particular individual and a rear surface configured to overlie the existing face of the doll, and receive at least some of the projecting facial features of the doll. The mask has a perimeter edge, at least a portion of which abuts at least one projecting features on the existing face of the doll. A computer implemented method of making the includes accepting a user selection of one of a plurality of dolls; processing three dimensional image data of the face of the particular individual; and combining the processed three-dimensional image data with a template corresponding to doll selected by the user to create a three dimensional mask data set. This three-dimensional mask data set can be printed on a 3-D printer to make a three dimensional mask for the selected doll.

The personalized toy is manufactured as ordered by a customer. Several different configurations of components that may be assembled as part of a finished toy are provided. Computer screen images of the different configurations of at least one of the components are displayed on a computer, and a customer viewing the displayed images is allowed to record a selected configuration of component, to be assembled as part of the personalized toy. Abstract: A toy painted with paint containing thermochromic material which changes color as the temperature of the toy varies. Selected portions of the toy may be painted with the thermochromic material to provide a variety of patterns, designs, numbers, letters or other indicia which change color in response to temperature variations. In addition, different portions of the toy may be painted with different paints containing different colored thermochromic materials.

Abstract: A bubble dispensing doll includes a hollow torso and head configured to resemble a mermaid. The doll head supports a quantity of simulated hair and a head piece ornament preferably formed in the configuration of a crown or the like. A bubble producing mechanism is formed into an integral self-supporting mechanism which is received and supported within an upper aperture of the doll's head. The majority of the bubble producing mechanism is received within the head and torso cavity of the doll and includes a battery-powered air impeller which drives an air stream through a foaming chamber within the bubble producing mechanism.
