Abstract: A method and system for last-meter parcel delivery in multi-unit dwellings are provided. The method includes receiving, at an agent coordinating back-end, parcel delivery information of a parcel to be delivered to a recipient by a courier service, determining one or more agents capable of receiving parcels for last-meter delivery to the recipient, and transmitting a delivery notification based on the parcel delivery information to one or more agent devices associated with the one or more agents. The method also includes receiving confirmation from an agent device that the delivery notification is accepted, transmitting, to the courier service, agent information for re-routing the parcel to the agent, receiving a confirmation from the agent device that the parcel is received by the agent, and receiving a confirmation from the agent device that last-meter delivery of the parcel to the recipient is performed.

Abstract: A finger scrubber including a brush sleeve and an electrically powered base or body is presented herein. The brush sleeve includes a generally cylindrical configuration cooperatively sized to accommodate a user's finger therein. One or more brush components suitable to scrub or clean a finger are disposed on the inside of the brush sleeve. Furthermore, the body, and in particular, a drive assembly is structure to cooperatively engage the brush sleeve and rotationally drive the brush sleeve via selective activation of a switch or activation assembly. Moreover, the drive assembly is configured to rotationally drive the brush sleeve in alternating rotational directions via successive activations.

Abstract: A dispenser-applicator comprising a ball applicator assembly, oppositely-faced sponge applicator assembly, and a reservoir for storage of a topical preparation formed therebetween. The reservoir functions to supply the topical preparation to the ball applicator assembly to be dispensed onto a person's skin, whereupon the sponge applicator may then be used to more evenly spread the topical preparation over the person's skin. An elongated handle is connected to the ball applicator assembly to facilitate filling of the reservoir with the topical preparation and to further facilitate use of the applicator in applying the topical preparation to the person's skin.
