  • Publication number: 20170347847
Abstract: An automated washing system for vertical surfaces of buildings can include a frame assembly including a substantially planar base portion and a mast portion extending upwardly from the base portion. A pair of rolling wheels can be disposed on the opposing sides of the base portion adjacent the rear end thereof. A main brush can be rotatably disposed on the frame and partially enclosed by a shroud. An electric drive motor can drive the main brush. Bumper wheels can be disposed on the shroud extend laterally outwardly beyond from the opposing circular ends of the main brush. The angle between the mast and the base can be configured to hold the main brush against the vertical surface of the building when the mast is lifted vertically by a cable attached to the mast.
