Abstract: An agricultural vehicle with a plurality of controlled implements, is provided with a programmable computer having input devices for receiving data and instructions from the vehicle operator and connected to send control signals to the implements, and a display screen connected to the computer to display information regarding the operation of the vehicle and the implements. The computer is programmed to enable the operator to record the prevailing values of the settings of the different implements in a memory.

The apparatus comprises an electrochemical cell comprising a housing comprising first and second electrodes. A water-splitting ion exchange membrane is between the first and second electrodes, the membrane comprising ananion exchange surface facing the first electrode, and an cation exchange surface facing the second electrode, or vice versa. The housing also has an influent solution inlet and an effluent solution outlet with a solution channel that allows influent solution to flow past both the anion and cation exchange surfaces of the water-splitting ion exchange membrane to form the effluent solution. A variable voltage supply is capable of maintaining the first and second electrodes at a plurality of different voltages during an ion exchange stage.

The apparatus comprises an electrochemical cell comprising a housing comprising first and second electrodes and a solution channel. A variable voltage supply is capable of maintaining the first and second electrodes at a plurality of different voltages during an ion exchange stage and a flow control device is capable of controlling the flow of solution through the channel of the cell. A controller is provided to control the voltage supply and flow control device. The ion removal step can comprise, for example, a deionization step and the ion rejection step can comprise, for example, a cell regeneration step.

Abstract: An adjustable compactor roller having a roller such as sheepsfoot roller mounted directly rearward of an earth leveling blade, wherein the blade is housed in a frame. The roller is mounted between roller support arms that extend forwardly and are pivotally combined with frame support arms that extend rearwardly from the frame. Hydraulic cylinders or other force assist members extend between the frame and a pivot point intermediate to the frame and the roller. In this manner, the elevation and/or the ground engagement angle of the blade may be adjusted and the compacting roller may compress leveled earth behind the blade without intervening ground engaging members disturbing the graded earth.
