    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a kit, a computer-implemented method and a system for in vitro predicting survival time of an individual with bladder cancer after surgery from an individual's biological sample. Expression levels of a target gene combination of in vitro aggressive bladder cancer specimen of a patient are detected, and the target gene combination includes at least two of PPT2, ARMH4, P4HB, SLC1A6 and ARID3A, a fragment, a homologue, a variant and a derivative thereof. Next, the expression levels are respectively compared with the reference expression levels of a reference database, and converted to a risk score sum, thereby predicting an averaged survival time of a patient having aggressive bladder cancer after surgery, and being beneficially applied to a kit and a computer-implemented method for in vitro predicting survival time of patient with most aggressive types of bladder cancer after surgery.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a kit for in vitro testing a panel of genes in Pap smear samples for endometriosis and a method of non-invasively and qualitatively determining severity of endometriosis using the kit. A biomarker and a probe used in the kit and the method include a specific SNP site and a product expressed by a gene related to the SNP site, for detecting the genotype of SNP site and the product expressed by the gene corresponding to the SNP site, so as to accurately determine the severity of endometriosis.     Abstract: Provided is an antibody against enterovirus 71 comprising the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NOS: 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, or 26 or functionally active homologues thereof. Also provided are methods for obtaining the antibody comprising (a) selecting a yeast expressing such an antibody from a yeast library, (b) culturing the yeast under conditions that the antibody is expressed, and (c) recovering the antibody from the culture. Also provided is a process for producing the antibody comprising (a) culturing a host cell under conditions that the antibody is expressed, (b) recovering the antibody from the culture, wherein the host cells are transformed or transfected for expressing the antibody against enterovirus 71. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising an antibody against enterovirus 71 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent, wherein the antibody has an anti-virus agent or detectable label attached thereto.
