  • Patent number: 9862076
Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a handle and a head through which a hole is defined. A recess is defined in the inner periphery of the hole. A driving member is rotatably received in the hole. A pawl and a positioning member are respectively located in two respective ends of the recess. A spring is connected between the pawl and the positioning member. The pawl has a slot defined in a lateral side thereof so as to be connected to one end of the spring. The positioning member is a resilient member and has an engaging portion and a curved portion. An opening is defined between the engaging portion and the curved portion. The other end of the spring is engaged with the opening. The spring linearly biased between the pawl and the positioning member to engage the pawl with the driving member.

  • Publication number: 20170203416
Abstract: A direction controlling wrench tool includes a head having a through hole with a driving member received therein, and a recess is defined in the inner periphery of the through hole. Two disks are respectively mounted to two sides of the driving member and are biased by two springs respectively. The driving member has first teeth and second teeth respectively defined in two opposite sides thereof. The first teeth and the second teeth extend toward two opposite directions. The two disks are respectively and selectively engaged with or disengaged from the first teeth and the second teeth of the driving member. A control unit is located in a reception hole in the recess and controls either one of the first and second disks to be engaged with/disengaged from the first/second teeth of the driving member to change the operational direction of the wrench.

  • Publication number: 20160375560
Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a driving unit located in the installation hole of the head. The driving unit has a ratchet seat with a driving hole. Multiple first teeth are defined in one of the top and the bottom of the ratchet seat. A ring is mounted to the ratchet seat and has second teeth which are engaged with the first teeth of the ratchet seat. A cover is mounted to the ratchet seat and located corresponding to the ring. A resilient member is biased between the cover and the ring so as to resiliently push the second teeth of the ring to be engaged with the first teeth of the ratchet seat. The first teeth move over the second teeth to generate sound to acknowledge the user the driving direction.

  • Patent number: 9021922
Abstract: An insulating ratchet wrench includes a wrench body, a ratchet assembly, a main insulator and a knob. The wrench body is covered with the main insulator. The main insulator has a first insulating ring and a second insulating ring. The first insulating ring has a main annular wall and a sub annular wall. The knob has a main annular groove and a sub annular groove. Under this arrangement, the knob is assembled with the main insulator by the main annular groove and the sub annular groove sleeving onto the main annular wall and the sub annular wall respectively so as to form an overlapping structure between the ratchet assembly and the knob. When a user rotates the knob or holds the wrench body near the ratchet assembly, the main insulator avoids an electric shock in a saltatory conduction manner from a charged object via the ratchet assembly.

  • Patent number: 8893587
Abstract: A wrench device includes a handle bar having a driving head, the driving head having a connection base, the connection base having a guiding wall, a pivoting jaw having a first receiving groove which corresponding to the connection base, the pivoting jaw having a sliding groove opened through the first receiving groove, a sliding jaw having a sliding portion which is movable relative to the sliding groove, a driving opening being formed between the pivoting jaw and the sliding jaw, the sliding jaw having a pushing portion which corresponding to the guiding wall. Under this arrangement, when the handle bar is rotated clockwise, the pivoting jaw is abutted against the upper portion of the driving head, so that the pivoting jaw and the sliding jaw is fixed relative to the connection base; thereby, the driving opening is attached to an object so as to lock or unlock the object.

  • Publication number: 20080220219
Abstract: A combination floor drawing mat is made up from individual foam pieces that can be inter-connected with one another. Each piece is made up basic geometric shape, such as square, triangle, or pentagon. With the layer of lamination affixed to one side of said foam pieces, children and do all their imaginative and creative drawing on the floor and parents can clean up easily. Each piece contains jagged edges that allow tight fitting. When an outside strip containing a raised ridged is used, said floor drawing mat is defined in a way as desired by consumers, and the pens, crayons or other drawing instruments will be easy to be collected and put away, due to the “walled in” by said ridges, that also help to contain any spilled liquids that oftentimes accompany children's play activities.

  • Publication number: 20050249500
Abstract: A passive optical network with a protection mechanism and its method of relocation are provided. A plurality of optical network units is defined in several optical network unit groups. Each optical network unit connects to two couplers. The two couplers connect respectively to two different optical line terminals, which are controlled by a controller. Thus, when the optical lines run out or are overloaded, the controller relocates the optical network units dynamically.
