    Abstract: A postural orthosis support apparatus for use with a personal body armor carrier includes a resilient semi-rigid base panel and at least one cushioning element. The base panel has a curvature for promoting a desired alignment of a spine of a user. The base panel includes a low temperature thermoplastic material, so that the curvature may be custom molded directly on the thoracic and lumbar areas on a person's back to ergonomically improve and support optimal posture. The postural orthosis support apparatus is configured to be secured to a personal body armor carrier interior of a ballistic panel.
