  • Patent number: 11411691
Abstract: Methods and systems for generating an estimate of a bit error rate of a signal are provided. Methods and systems include obtaining an eye mask for a receiver, receiving a signal with the receiver, generating an eye mask probability density function of the eye mask, generating an eye diagram probability density function based on the signal, calculating a product of the eye mask probability density function and the eye diagram probability density function, summing the product of the eye mask probability density function and the eye diagram probability density function, and estimating the bit error rate of the signal based on the summing of the product of the eye mask probability density function and the eye diagram probability density function.

  • Patent number: 9625535
Abstract: In embodiments, three magnetic field sensing elements are arranged equidistantly from each other to define a plane and a central axis perpendicular to the plane. The magnetic field sensing elements are configured to generate a respective output signal representing proximity of a magnetic target that is proximate to the central axis and capable of moving relative to the central axis. A processor circuit is coupled to receive output signals from each of the sensors and configured to calculate a position of the magnetic target relative to the plane.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 7, 2013
Date of Patent: April 18, 2017
    Assignee: Allegro MicroSystems, LLC
    Inventors: Bryan Cadugan, Jim Rice

  • Publication number: 20100212916
Abstract: A stabilizer for a wellhead is disclosed, comprising: a ground engaging support structure having lateral dimensions suitable for laterally stabilizing a wellhead; wellhead stabilizer elements disposed within the ground engaging support structure, the wellhead stabilizer elements having wellhead abutting faces spaced to laterally cage a wellhead to restrict lateral movement of the wellhead while permitting the wellhead to move in a vertical direction.

  • Publication number: 20070193096
Abstract: A display item frame with a front member formed of a transparent material; a rear member; at least one magnet attached to the front member or the rear member and at least one magnetic material attached to the rear member or the front member, respectively, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material cooperate to hold the front member and the rear member together; ornamentation located on the front surface of the front member and covering the magnet or magnetic material; and a block support for supporting the front member and the rear member in a viewable configuration.

  • Patent number: 6690853
Abstract: A tunable demultiplexer accepts an input optical signal that has multiple spectral bands and provides multiple output signals. Each of the output signals corresponds to a selected one of the spectral bands. The tunable demultiplexer has at least one wavelength routing element and at least one optical arrangement disposed to exchange light with the wavelength routing element. The wavelength routing element is of the type adapted for selectively routing wavelength components of a first optical signal onto multiple second optical signals according to a configurable state.
