    Abstract: A floating crab holder having an underwater mesh enclosure and an above water access aperture for depositing crabs. The invention includes an easily operable door, which can be opened to insert a caught crab and closed to prevent the escape of a catch of crabs. The mesh enclosure is sufficiently rigid to retain its shape, while on a hard surface, so the invention can be set on a hard surface or floated while in use.
