Abstract: A method of treating a proliferative disease or condition in a subject, comprising co-administering to the subject a compound of formula I shown below (or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or prodrug thereof): with an immunotherapeutic agent, for example an immune checkpoint inhibitor such as one capable of inhibiting PD-1, PD-L1/2, CTLA-4, BTLA or Tim-3 and/or one or more of the ligands thereof. Pharmaceutical compositions and kits are also disclosed.
