    Abstract: The fire extinguisher bottle is intended for a vehicle or other moving structure and is clamped in a horizontal position. The outlet is ducted to locations where the fire extinguisher fluid may be required, such as the engine compartment and/or passenger compartment. The pick-up tube in the bottle is ball-and-socket mounted so that it is gravitationally carried to the bottom of the bottle no matter what the vehicle orientation.
