  • Publication number: 20120228193
Abstract: A display carton for displaying a plurality of packaged products for retail sales includes a liner having a rectangular center portion with a length and width to fit within the cartons and left and right upwardly extending sides integrally formed and depending from the center portion. The liner is inserted within the carton with the left and right upwardly extending sides abutting against the side walls of the carton. Inwardly extending protrusions depend from the left and right upwardly extending sides of the liner and are integrally formed therewith. The protrusions are arranged in corresponding opposite pairs and are equally spaced along the upwardly extending sides of the liner. Each protrusion has a generally trapezoidal cross-section with a front side of each protrusion being generally perpendicular to the side respective side of the liner, a rear side that is tapered from front to back and a bottom side that is tapered from top to bottom.

  • Publication number: 20080099485
Abstract: A storage container includes a base with a storage compartment and a lid positionable to fit over an upwardly extending perimeter wall of the storage compartment. A spine is hinged between the base and the lid to allow articulated movement of the lid with respect to the base. The spine includes at least one stiffener ridge integrally formed in the spine and extending longitudinally along the spine. The stiffener ridge reduces bowing of the spine between a lid hinge and a base hinge. A removable tray is insertable into the storage compartment to divide the compartment into a plurality of smaller compartments. Partitions may be placed in the storage compartment to divide the storage compartment into smaller compartments. The partitions may extend into receiving grooves in the lid to block movement of sortables from one compartment to another.

  • Patent number: 7080479
Abstract: A device for covering the space between a top container rim of an inner plant growing container and the inside wall of an outer decorative container in which the inner plant growing container is placed, includes a plurality of arcuate pieces pivotally joined end to end, the device having opposite unconnected ends. The arcuate pieces are joined in a manner so that the device can be adjustably moved into ring configurations of different diameters to approximately fit within the inner wall of the decorative outer container and rest on the top rim of the inner growing container. Clips or tabs extend downwardly from the device to cooperate with the top rim of the inner container to hold the pieces from moving inwardly, thereby maintaining the adjusted diameter of the device and holding the device in position on top of the inner container. The device can be produced in a plurality of sizes, each size adjustable over a range of diameters.
