    Abstract: A thermoelectric cooler (TEC) circuit is provided that includes a power supply, a TEC, and an H-bridge. The H-bridge, which is coupled to the power supply and ground, controls a direction of current through the TEC. The H-bridge comprises at least two low-resistance switches in integrated circuit (IC) form. The IC switches are each controlled by a digital control signal referenced to ground and each have an ON resistance of about 25 m? or less.
