  • Patent number: 9202662
Abstract: A system includes an integrated circuit (IC) design data base having a feature, a source configured to generate a radiation beam, a pattern generator (PG) including a mirror array plate and an electrode plate disposed over the mirror array plate, wherein the electrode plate includes a lens let having a first dimension and a second dimension perpendicular to the first dimension with the first dimension larger than the second dimension so that the lens let modifies the radiation beam to form the long shaped radiation beam, and a stage configured secured the substrate. The system further includes an electric field generator connecting the mirror array plate. The mirror array plate includes a mirror. The mirror absorbs or reflects the radiation beam. The radiation beam includes electron beam or ion beam. The second dimension is equal to a minimum dimension of the feature.

  • Patent number: 8560997
Abstract: Among other things, one or more techniques for conditional cell placement are provided herein. In an embodiment, a conditional boundary is created for a first cell. For example, the conditional boundary enables the first cell to be placed relative to a second cell based on a conditional placement rule. In an embodiment, the first cell is placed in a first manner relative to the second cell based in a first scenario. In a second scenario, different than the first scenario, the first cell is placed in a second manner relative to the second cell. In this manner, conditional cell placement is provided, thus providing flexibility and improved layout efficiency with regard to semiconductor fabrication, for example.

  • Patent number: 7717262
Abstract: A compact disk (CD) box structure includes a seat having an upward extended central post, which has an externally threaded upper end; a knob having a downward extended and internally threaded hollow central column for screwing to the externally threaded upper end of the central post, so that CDs stacked on the seat around the central post can be immovably held to the seat by the knob; a protective barrel being a cylindrical container with a closed bottom and an open top, so that the seat having CDs stacked thereon can be fitly received in the protective barrel; and a top cover being connectable to a flange around the open top of the protective barrel by high-frequency heating or heat melting to seal the CDs in the protective barrel. The CDs stored in the CD box are not only well protected against dust, but also scratches possibly caused by vibration.

  • Patent number: 5901067
Abstract: A system for interactively selecting and activating groups of electrically powered devices such as computer and computer peripheral devices. A preferred system includes computer and computer peripheral devices, an interactive video display and a controller. The computer and computer peripheral devices include a printer and at least two computers, each of the computers including a printer port. The computers include a controller interface computer which executes a controller interface software module to generate control signals including user interface control signals. The video display receives the user interface control signals and, in response to the signals, interactively prompts a user to provide user inputs to the controller interface computer. The user inputs include a designation of a selected group of devices from the plurality of electrically powered devices.
