    Abstract: A frame having a pair of upstanding side members is attached to the three point hitch of a tractor. The frame includes a base which can rest upon the ground adjacent a post to be removed from the ground. A plate is slidably attached for vertical movement along the side members and includes a hydraulically operated clamp for attachment to the post. A hydraulic cylinder is attached between the top of the frame and the plate and pulls the frame vertically after the clamp is attached to the post.
