  • Publication number: 20240396819
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for sanitizing logged data packets in a distributed system prior to storing them in a remote or third-party data server. Interactions with an application are monitored and values in a data packet are extracted from the interaction. The values are classified based on a classification configuration and respective labels of the values. The values are then sanitized based on the classification to prevent exposure of secure or private data. The sanitized data packets are then logged into the remote data server. The logged data can be used to help resolve events occurring in the application. The classification configuration can be iteratively updated and the interactions repeated to capture data that was previously sanitized to aid in resolution of events. The logged data can also be used in research or analysis, such as for identifying potential improvements to the application.

  • Patent number: 12150781
Abstract: Devices detect and assist in the avoidance of blood vessels during a surgical procedure—to avoid rupturing these blood vessels. Devices may be any penetration sensor device (such as a dilator sensor device, hollow needle sensor device, or trocar sensor device) that penetrates the skin and subcutaneous layers to reach a target location inside the body. The device includes a sensor probe which can make optical measurements to determine various parameters of the tissue at the tip of the sensor probe. These parameters may include an optical signal level returned from tissue contacting the tip of the sensor probe, an oxygen saturation level of the tissue, a total hemoglobin concentration, a blood flow, and a pulse. Based on these parameters, the presence or absence of a blood vessel at the tip of the device can be determined while the device travels towards the target location for surgery.

  • Publication number: 20240377551
Abstract: Systems and methods for geophysical exploration of a subterranean formation include acquiring seismic data representing the subterranean formation; generating an initial acoustic impedance volume based on the seismic data; measuring properties of the subterranean formation at one or more wells extending into the subterranean formation using a logging tool; and storing values of the measured properties in a well log for each well. For each well, an acoustic impedance is calculated at different depths based on the well log, and a residual is calculated between the acoustic impedance based on the well log and the initial acoustic impedance volume at the location of the well. A residual volume is generated based on the calculated residuals from the one or more wells. A corrected acoustic impedance volume representing the subterranean formation based on the residual volume and the initial acoustic impedance volume is generated.

  • Publication number: 20240374333
Abstract: Minimally invasive surgical techniques are used to obtain access to vertebrae while protecting soft tissues in the surrounding area. The dilators may be used to provide a working channel through which the operation is performed. Standard dilators may be used with a robotic surgical system to provide precise guidance of surgical tools. A dilator may be held by the robot and automatically repositioned when the surgeon adjusts a trajectory for performing the surgery. The dilator itself may be used as a surgical instrument guide along with dilator adaptors that adjust the diameter of a portion of the dilator to allow for different sized tools to be guided by the dilator. Alternatively, surgical instrument guides may also be held by the robotic arm such that tools are guided by a surgical instrument guide through the dilator to perform a medical procedure.

  • Publication number: 20240366182
Abstract: An ultrasound system includes a processor circuit in communication with an array of acoustic elements and a display. The processor circuit receives B-mode and/or Doppler ultrasound data representative of mitral regurgitation associated with an orifice in a mitral valve. The processor circuit generates a model of the orifice and outputs a graphical representation of the model of the orifice to the display. The processor circuit generates a blood flow model of the mitral regurgitation based on the model of the orifice. The processor circuit compares the blood flow model to the Doppler data. The processor circuit changes the model of the orifice (e.g., a different shape, a different position, and/or a different orientation) such that the blood flow model is changed to match the Doppler data. The processor circuit outputs a graphical representation of the orifice with the different shape, the different position, and/or the different orientation to the display.
