The pharmaceutical composition can be an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for treating cancers having tumor antigen positive (Ag+) tumor cells, tumor antigen negative (Ag?) tumor cells, or heterogenous cancers having both tumor antigen positive (Ag+) tumor cells and tumor antigen negative (Ag?) tumor cells.
