Abstract: A textile fabric includes a textile fabric layer, a transparent film layer provided on the textile fabric layer, and a surface layer disposed on the transparent film layer. The transparent film layer has a two-layer structure including a first film layer having a first polyetherester-based copolymer and a second film layer having a second polyetherester-based copolymer disposed on the first film layer. The second film layer is provided on the textile fabric layer. A method of manufacturing the fabric includes preparing the textile fabric layer, forming the transparent film layer on the fabric layer, and laminating the textile fabric and transparent film layers through heat treatment.

Abstract: A wafer processing method of the present invention includes mounting a wafer part on a chuck table, loading the wafer part on the chuck table, spraying, by a spray arm module, a first processing solution onto the wafer part to process the wafer part, spraying, by the spray arm module, a second processing solution onto the wafer part to process the wafer part, drying the wafer part on the chuck table, and unloading the wafer part from the chuck table.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for establishing construction information of an unmanaged Ethernet switch which is capable of readily replacing a memory according to a construction form of each option slot without opening or closing an outer casing. In the apparatus for establishing construction information of an unmanaged Ethernet switch, a first memory storing switch construction information, in the case where there is no option board mounted in an option slot, is positioned on a main board, and a second memory storing switch construction information, in the case where there is a option board in the option slot, is positioned on the option board, so that when there is no option board in the option slot, the first memory is automatically used, and when there is an option board in the option slot, the second memory is used.
