  • Publication number: 20260065155
Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving data and while using a process that promotes exploration during training, training a new set of model parameters using the received data. The new set of model parameters is used to form a collection of sets of model parameters. Data is separately applied to each set of model parameters in the collection to identify sets of model parameters that perform similarly on the set of data. The sets of model parameters that perform similarly on the data are grouped together in a group of sets of model parameters and test data is applied to groups of sets of model parameters to obtain an uncertainty measure for each group. A group with the lowest uncertainty measure is selected and outputs produced by the sets of model parameters in the selected group are used to generate an output value for the test data.

  • Patent number: 12542934
Abstract: A zero-delay panoramic video bit rate control method that considers distortion temporal propagation aims to optimize target bit allocation and achieve global rate-distortion optimization in coding. It encompasses coding tree unit (CTU)-level bit rate control and temporal global rate-distortion optimization. CTU-level bit rate control involves optimizing target bit allocation and updating bit rate control parameters. Temporal global rate-distortion optimization utilizes the reconstruction error and motion compensation prediction error information of the previous coded frame to estimate the temporal dependence between CTUs in the current coding frame and those in the previous coded frame to adjust the coding parameters of the current CTU.

  • Publication number: 20250231364
Abstract: An optical fiber distribution sub-frame including a base plate, two opposite sides of which are each provided with a mounting point position; a bracket, which is detachably mounted at the mounting point position on any side of the base plate; and an optical fiber channel tray, which is hinged to the bracket. When the bracket is mounted at the mounting point positions on different sides, the optical fiber channel tray is reversed along with the bracket. When the bracket changes position, the optical fiber channel tray connected to the bracket can be reversed together, so that the bracket and the optical fiber channel tray can be replaced from one side of the base plate to the opposite side, and after reversing, the base plate can be replaced from one rotation direction to the other relative to the optical fiber channel tray.

  • Patent number: 12341974
Abstract: A low-complexity panoramic video coding method considering distortion temporal propagation is provided. By analyzing the inter-frame reference relationships under the random access coding structure and establishing the corresponding distortion propagation chain, the method utilizes distortion impact factors of coding units to adjust encoding parameters, thereby optimizing the encoding process. Furthermore, the method addresses the issue of oversampling arising from the varying geometric deformations in different latitude regions during the projection of spherical images in panoramic videos. This is achieved by adjusting coding parameters based on the ratio of area changes at different latitudes. The proposed approach significantly enhances coding performance.
