  • Publication number: 20220014749
Abstract: An image decoding method is disclosed in the present specification. A method of decoding an image, the method may comprises determining whether to perform a context update for a first syntax element of a current block, updating, on the basis of the determination, a context for entropy decoding of the first syntax element and generating, on the basis of the updated context, a bin for the first syntax element, and wherein whether to perform the context update is determined on the basis of the number of pre-decoded predetermined syntax elements for the current block.

  • Publication number: 20210347277
Abstract: An OBC controller for vehicle, a system including the same, and a method thereof are provided. The OBC controller includes a measurement device that measures a voltage of each phase of a three-phase OBC and a controller that calculates an impedance of each phase using a voltage of each phase. The voltage is measured before charging of the three-phase OBC starts. The controller also calculates a charging amount for each phase, the charging amount corresponding to the impedance of each phase, and adjusts charging based on the calculated charging amount for each phase.
