Second predictive data indicating a likelihood that an additional substrate for processing subsequent to processing the series of substrates satisfies the one or more conditions is determined based on the first predictive data. One or more settings of an operation of the substrate processing procedure are altered based on the first predictive data and the second predictive data. The altered one or more settings cause the additional substrate processed subsequent to processing the series of substrates to satisfy the one or more conditions.

    Abstract: Field programmable gate array (FPGA) based lossless data compression may be used in a test device such as a spectrum analyzer to efficiently reduce the data transfer rate and needed memory. Multi-channel IQ data may be flexibly recorded using multiple lanes of high data rate connections such as JESD204B/C and PCIe between an analog-digital-converter (ADC), the FPGA, and a processor. Bandwidth, sample rate, and/or bit number may determine the IQ data size. When the IQ data size is less than a product of the compression coefficient and the data transfer rate, the lossless compression may be skipped saving logic usage and power consumption in FPGA. Thus, depending on memory and transfer rate perspectives, a decision may be made whether the compression needs to be used or not.

The method also includes separating the differential NMR spectrum into an absorbed gas NMR spectrum to determine an absorbed gas NMR signal and a pore gas NMR spectrum to determine a pore gas NMR signal by performing a spectral deconvolution. The method further includes acquiring a normalization NMR spectrum of the pressure cell containing a gas to determine a gas calibration NMR signal and determining the mass of the absorbed gas and pore gas.
