After starting up the switched mode power supply, the switched mode power supply is operated by applying a third switching signal to the control node of the first switching transistor and a fourth switching signal to the control node of the second switching transistor, where a duty cycle of the third switching signal is substantially equal to a duty cycle of the fourth switching signal.

The reciprocating member is fixed to a first side of the second workpiece and capable of reciprocally moving relative to the second workpiece. The second engaging member is connected to the reciprocating member for engaging with the first engaging member. After the fastening assembly is affected by a magnetic force from a second side of the second workpiece, the reciprocating member is shifted, and the second engaging member is separated from the first engaging member.

    Abstract: A saw gripping device for a cutting machine includes a main body having a lug formed on an external sidewall thereof; a control member slidably sleeved onto the main body and having an inclined annular convexity formed on an internal sidewall thereof and a stopping portion extending slantwise from an end thereof toward the other end thereof; and a spring having two ends fixed to the main body and the control member respectively to be located therebetween for keeping the inclined annular convexity lying against a stopper slidably inserted into the main body and to keep the stopping portion lying against the lug. In light of this, the control member can be prevented from incorrect action during the reciprocating motion of the cutting machine. In addition, where the stopping portion lies against the lug is variable subject to the thickness of the cutting saw.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a topical cosmetic composition that has improved non-oily feel comprising: (a) a hybrid silicone composite powder having a spherical shape with particle diameter ranging from 2 to 10 ?m, of which each particle has a composite structures consisting of two interpenetrating polymer networks of polydimethylsiloxane (PMS) and polymethylsilsesquioxane (PMSQ). These two interpenetrating polymer networks are joined together by physical entanglements instead of chemical bonds; (b) a volatile cosmetic fluid; (c) a silicone fluid with viscosity ranging from 2 to 350 cSt; (d) an oil base consisting of an oil, wax, oil gelling agent or the mixture thereof; (e) a surface active agent; (f) a cosmetic pigment; and (g) an optional aqueous gel containing glycerin, glycols and an aqueous thickening agent. The cosmetic composition provides an improved skin sensory feel and a superior matte finish, and is useful for skin treatment, makeup and personal hygiene products.
