Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention may provide a heatwave risk calculation system including: an external data receiving unit for receiving external data; a building-base database generation unit for calculating energy vulnerability of each building by using the received external data; a heatwave vulnerable class determination unit for calculating a heatwave risk of each building by using the energy vulnerability of each building; and a display unit for displaying the determined vulnerable class on a map.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an Internet-based information search apparatus for searching for information by accessing web resources through the Internet using both a method of representing the identifier of a web resource and the identifier. The Internet-based information search apparatus includes an ROAR name server for managing a resource name and a URL corresponding to the resource name, and transmitting URL information corresponding to contextual information, which contains the resource name, to a domain name server when the contextual information is received, the domain name server for receiving the URL information and then transmitting an IP address corresponding to the URL information to the ROAR name server; and an input module for receiving the contextual information, transmitting the contextual information to the ROAR name server through a web browser, receiving the IP address from the ROAR name server, and requesting corresponding information from a web server.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a real-time semantic annotation system and a method of converting user-entered natural language strings into semantically-readable knowledge structure documents using the system in real time. The real-time semantic annotation system includes a natural language character string input device for enabling a user to enter natural language character strings, a character string pattern triplet-mapping table for storing natural language character string patterns and their corresponding triplets, a triplet extraction device for converting the entered natural language character strings into triplets by analyzing and processing the entered natural language character strings using the pattern-triplet mapping table, an alternative word recommendation device for providing notification that a user should enter an alternative word, and a machine-readable document generation device for generating machine-readable documents from the triplets using a semantically-readable knowledge structure.
