Abstract: Provided are a service providing method performed by a service providing apparatus, the method comprises creating a conference session with a plurality of user terminals, generating a graphic user interface (GUI) that displays an object corresponding to each user terminal of the plurality of user terminals in a first area and displays conference content in a second area and providing the generated GUI to teach user terminal maintaining the conference session, wherein display attributes of the object are changed based on a conference participation grade of a corresponding user terminal.
