More particularly, the present invention relates to a cement-free alkali-activated binder having a novel combination ratio, which can improve the compressive strength of mortar and concrete in which the cement-free alkali-activated binder is used as a binding material instead of cement, and which can solve the low field applicability of mortar and concrete in terms of quick setting characteristics, fluidity loss, economic efficiency and the like, and to mortar or concrete comprising the same.
