Abstract: A molecular marker for diagnosing primary biliary cholangitis and a method for detecting same are provided. The anti-human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody is adopted as the primary biliary cholangitis diagnosis molecular marker so as to prepare the diagnosis reagent; the human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody is remarkably increased in serum of PBC AMA-M2 subtype positive and negative patients, which indicates that in the attack of PBC, the serum anti-human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody specifically targets human multimer immunoglobulin receptors on small and medium bile ducts in the liver, thereby causing damage to the small and medium bile ducts.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes at least one electrical module. The electrical module includes: an insulating body, where multiple first accommodating slots are concavely provided on a first side toward a second side of the insulating body; multiple first terminal assemblies, respectively accommodated in the corresponding first accommodating slots; and a first grounding member, having multiple first spokes and multiple second spokes. Each first terminal assembly includes a first insulating block, a pair of first signal terminals, and a first shielding shell. Each first shielding shell has a first shielding side surface exposed to the first side. Each first spoke is in mechanical contact with the first shielding shells of a same electrical module, and each second spoke is in contact with the first shielding side surface of the corresponding first shielding shell, thus achieving conduction between the first shielding shells and the first grounding member.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a candle which includes a base unit and a candle body which is mounted to the base unit. The candle body includes a wick and a fibre optic running therethrough. The base unit includes a light sensor configured to detect light from the wick, when lit. There is additionally provided a light source configured to operate in dependence on detection of light by the light sensor.
