  • Patent number: 11483174
Abstract: Systems and methods for device functionality control utilizing activity prediction are disclosed. For example, an activity model is utilized to identify activities associated with sensor data collected from connected devices within an environment. Target device usage data is then associated with the activities to determine probability values that the target device will be operated when the identified activities are detected. Commands may be generated and sent to the target device to perform a function when the identified activities are detected.

  • Publication number: 20060102807
Abstract: A cable bracket for a bicycle has a frame and a resilient fastener. The frame is preferably Y-shaped and has a body with a looped end and two branched ends. The looped end has a cable recess for holding at least one cable. Each branched end has a hook for receiving the resilient fastener. When the two branched ends embrace a tube of the bicycle at a proper position, the resilient fastener has two ends secured on the hooks to make the frame attach on the tube firmly. Thereby, the cable bracket is detachably mounted on the tube. Moreover, the looped end only keeps the cable within the cable recess and does not constrict the cable so that the cable is kept in its original form without deformation or disturbance in operation.

  • Publication number: 20050009652
Abstract: A spiral protector has a spiral wrap. The spiral wrap is made of an elastic and soft material and has multiple ring segments, an inner surface and an outer surface. The multiple rings are arranged integrally and continuously to make the wrap to form as a hose. When attaching the spiral protector onto a part of a bicycle frame, the spiral wrap is wrapped to the part of the bicycle frame to make the multiple ring segments be arranged continuously around the part of the bicycle frame.

  • Publication number: 20040228682
Abstract: A securing device for securing engagement between a stem and a steering tube of a bicycle includes a cap for engaging with distal ends of a clamping tube of the stem and the steering tube, a securing element movably received in the steering tube, an abutting element deformably received between the cap and the clamping tube for engagement with an inner periphery of the steering tube so as to force the steering tube to securely engage with the clamping tube of the stem and a bolt extending through the cap, the abutting element and the securing element for driving the securing element to move so as to force the abutting element to deform inside the steering tube. Thus engagement between the steering tube and the clamping tube is secured after the expansion of the two legs of the abutting element.
