Abstract: A display device includes: a base layer including a display area including an emission area and a non-emission area adjacent to the emission area, and a non-display area around the display area; a light emitting element in the emission area on the base layer; a color filter layer located above the light emitting element; and a light blocking pattern on the light emitting element and including a first light blocking pattern in the non-emission area and a second light blocking pattern in the non-display area. The first light blocking pattern and the second light blocking pattern are different in thickness from each other.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for decellularization of porcine stomach mucosal tissue for culturing stomach tissue or stomach cancer tissue, a composition for producing a scaffold, and a method for culturing tissue, and particularly, to: a method for decellularization of porcine stomach mucosal tissue comprising chopping porcine stomach mucosal tissue and performing first treatment, second treatment, washing, and third treatment; a decellularization product composed of porcine stomach mucosal tissue decellularized by the method; a composition for producing a stomach tissue or stomach cancer tissue culture scaffold containing a pepsin digest of the decellularization product; and a method for culturing stomach tissue or stomach cancer tissue comprising adding stomach cells or stomach cancer cells to the composition, followed by shaping to produce a tissue culture scaffold containing stomach cells or stomach cancer cells, and incubating the scaffold in a medium.

Abstract: A battery management system includes a battery pack, a resistive path, and a redundant resistive path. The battery pack includes a first output terminal and a second output terminal connected to a load. The redundant resistive path is between a first output terminal of the battery pack and the first outer terminal. The resistive path is between the second output terminal of the battery pack and a second output terminal. The controller is to detect overcurrent flowing through the battery pack using the redundant resistive path and the resistive path.

Abstract: An airbag for protecting passengers in a car or the like. An airbag apparatus includes an airbag mounted in a side of a vehicle and a non-inflatable curtain that is mounted in the side of the vehicle. The non-inflatable curtain may be activated by inflation gas provided by an inflator for the airbag. The non-inflatable curtain may be arranged above the airbag prior to deployment of the airbag. The airbag may be positioned closer to an interior of a vehicle than the non-inflatable curtain.

Abstract: Systems and methods for folding airbags are disclosed. An airbag folding body includes a cavity having a rear wall and a top wall, the rear wall being opposite an entrance of an airbag cushion. The airbag folding body also includes a notch formed at an intersection of the top wall and the rear wall, the notch being adapted to capture, engage or secure a leading edge of the airbag cushion. The rear wall is adapted to direct the leading edge of the airbag toward the notch.

Abstract: A gas distribution pipe for balanced inflation and deployment of a side curtain airbag. The pipe has an end gas discharge opening and side gas discharge openings. The side discharge openings are configured to deflect the exiting gas so that at least a portion of the gas flows backwards along the outside of the pipe before entering the adjacent chamber of the airbag. An end cap for the pipe may contain both the end discharge opening and gas diverting and deflecting elements that direct gas to and through the side discharge openings.

Abstract: There is provided a side airbag for an automobile having airbag modules 100, 200, 300, which selectively includes reinforcing pads, an inner cushion pad, a tube-type tether and a tear seam, all of which are piled in multi-layers, so that the side airbag may be developed with regulating the gas pressure duration without eccentricity, in a useful and effective manner to successfully protect a driver and passengers seated in the vehicle. The cushion pads used in the side airbag require a small amount of materials, are easily seamed and easily folded, so as to reduce costs.
