The electrolyte membrane includes an ion exchange layer and an electronic insulation layer provided on the ion exchange layer, and the electronic insulation layer includes one or more catalyst complexes, and a second ionomer Particularly, each of the one or more catalyst complex includes a catalyst particle and a first ionomer coated on the entirety or a portion of the surface of the catalyst particle, and the one or more catalyst complexes are dispersed the second ionomer.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electrode assembly, a battery, and a battery pack and a vehicle including the same. In the electrode assembly, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator interposed therebetween are wound based on an axis to define a core and an outer circumference. The first electrode includes an uncoated portion at a long side end thereof and exposed out of the separator along a winding axis direction of the electrode assembly. A part of the uncoated portion is bent in a radial direction of the electrode assembly to form a bending surface region that includes overlapping layers of the uncoated portion, and in a partial region of the bending surface region, the number of stacked layers of the uncoated portion is 10 or more in the winding axis direction of the electrode assembly.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an image encoding and decoding technique, and more particularly, to an image encoder and decoder using unidirectional prediction. The image encoder includes a dividing unit to divide a macro block into a plurality of sub-blocks, a unidirectional application determining unit to determine whether an identical prediction mode is applied to each of the plurality of sub-blocks, and a prediction mode determining unit to determine a prediction mode with respect to each of the plurality of sub-blocks based on a determined result of the unidirectional application determining unit.

The substrate treating apparatus includes a chamber having a treating space therein; a supply line having a first open/close valve installed thereon and configured to supply a treating fluid to the treating space; a heater installed on the supply line and configured to heat the treating fluid; an exhaust line having a second open/close valve installed thereon and configured to exhaust the treating space; and, a controller configured to control the first open/close value and the second open/close valve such that the treating fluid heated is supplied to and exhausted from the treating space before a treating process is performed on a substrate in the treating space.

Abstract: A display apparatus and method is provided having a display part for receiving an image signal from the outside and displaying an image, comprising a user window generator for generating a history window comprising at least one display parameter for determining a display state of the image displayed in the display part, and at least one history of prechanged values corresponding to the display parameters, and a controller for controlling the user window generator so that the history window is displayed in the display part by receiving a control signal for changing the display parameter. Thus, the display apparatus and control method can be used for facilely adjusting a plurality of display parameters using changed and prechanged values discernable from a history window and which determine a display state of a displayed image.
