    Abstract: An apparatus capable of moving air shutter slats up and down includes a rectangular frame and a plurality of slats. The frame has a left slot and a right slot on a left inner side and a right inner side. The left slot and the right slot have respectively at least one latch notch on a corresponding horizontal position. The slats are fastened by a strap on the front side and rear side, and have respectively a stub shaft on the left end and the right end that are inserted into the left slot and right slot for turning therein. The slats can be moved up and down in the frame, and the stub shaft can be wedged in the latch notch to anchor the slats.

    Abstract: A Venetian window with movable elevating blinds includes a window frame, a vertical pivotal plate separately installed on internal left and right sides of the window frame, a vertical groove disposed at the pivotal plate for engaging a pivotal portion of a plurality of blinds and moving the blinds vertically up and down, a pivotal hole separately disposed at the top of two side frames and pivotally coupled to the pivotal portion on both sides of the blinds, two surrounding strips for fixing and maintaining each blind in a balanced position and driving each blind to rotate synchronously, a cap disposed at an end of the two pulling strings for passing each blind and fixing it at the bottom of the blind, and a handling knob disposed at another end of a control wheel module, such that the pulling string can be operated to pull the blinds up or down.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a slat-pulling device for a Venetian blind, which comprises a rectangular frame, wherein multiple slats are arranged from top to bottom inside the frame; and the left and right ends of each slat are respectively pivotally coupled to the frame so that each slat can rotate freely. The improvement of the present invention is: the left and right sides of the slats are respectively linked to annular fabric ribbons; and rotating an arbitrary slat can synchronically drive all the slats to tilt, shut, or open.
