  • Publication number: 20240122133
Abstract: Disclosed are a low-cost high-efficiency drip irrigation system for a cotton field and a use method thereof. The drip irrigation system for a cotton field includes a filtering device and a water supply device; wherein the filtering device adopts different types of single filtering devices or combined filtering devices according to different water source types; the water supply device includes multiple stages of main pipes, submain pipes and laterals; the laterals (a drip irrigation tape with labyrinth on one side or a drip irrigation tape inlaid with emitters inside) are laid on the surface of the ground and located below a mulch film. The drip irrigation system adopts the design of large flow (1.5-3.4 L/h), slightly larger pipe diameter (>75 mm), low water pressure (operating pressure of drip irrigation tape being 0.03-0.07 MPa) and suitable drip irrigation uniformity (80%-90%).

  • Publication number: 20220275907
Abstract: A lubricant pump (14) and a method thereof are disclosed. The lubricant pump (14) includes a pump base (32) and a reservoir housing (30). The pump base (32) and the reservoir housing (30) define a lubricant reservoir for storing lubricant. One or more pump elements (34) extend at least partially into the lubricant reservoir. Heaters (36) are disposed on the pump base (32) proximate the pump elements (34). The heaters (36) are configured to heat the local area surrounding the pump elements (34), to thereby reduce the viscosity of the lubricant at the pump elements (34). The heaters (36) are electrically connected to a thermal switch (38) to control activation and deactivation of the heaters (36). With the lubricant pump (14) and the method thereof, the thermal switch (38) can control the heater (36) based on air temperature rather than the temperature of the lubricant, so the viscosity of lubricant is well controlled.

  • Patent number: 10495055
Abstract: A low-energy and high pressure, hydraulic, pneumatic engine contains: a casing device, two main-cylinder devices, a holder device, two main-crankshaft devices, two recycle-valve devices, two swing-arm devices, two movable-valve devices, two recycle-cylinder devices, two recycle-crankshaft devices, and two umbrella-shaped gear devices. The engine operates without using gasoline or diesel, thus avoiding discharge of harmful substance or gas and pollution. The high pressure gas forces the hydraulic oil without using gasoline or diesel so as to start the engine, and the hydraulic oil recycles and reuses repeatedly, thus obtaining environmental protection. And the high pressure gas forces the hydraulic oil so as to circulate the hydraulic oil, and the communication of the low-energy and high pressure and the low pressure matches with the circulation space of the fluid operation to produce the torque, hence four strokes cycle of intake, compression, combustion and exhaust are not required.

  • Patent number: 8757574
Abstract: A hose reel (10) is supported by a mounting bracket (12) which can be attached on a vertical or horizontal surface and allow for 180 degrees of motion to allow the hose reel (10) to automatically swivel in the direction the hose (14) is being pulled. The bracket mechanism (16) consists of integral mounting bosses (18) on the hose reel enclosures (20), a mounting bracket (12), a tube (22) and a constraint device (24) on the tube (22). The mounting bosses (18) on the hose reel enclosures (20) are designed to orient and constrain the mounting tube (22) to allow for the tube to be installed from either end of the hose reel. The constraining device (24) on the tube (22) locks into an integral opening (26) in the mounting bosses (18) to prevent tube (22) displacement in either direction.

  • Publication number: 20120168549
Abstract: An enclosed hose reel 10 consists of a spool and two enclosure halves 14 comprising the frame 16. The power spring 18 is contained in the spool 12. Tension on the power spring 18 is transmitted to the frame 16 via a shaft 20 with a spring 30 loaded ratchet 22. The ratchet mechanism 24 engages the frame 16 via protrusions 26 that fit into cutouts 28 within the enclosure 14. The protrusions and cutouts 28 are designed so that a clockwise rotation is allowed to increase the tension of the power spring 18.
