    Abstract: The present application relates to a method and system for performing intelligent sorting based on dynamic adjustment of a threshold. The method includes: sorting ores with a predetermined granularity by an intelligent sorting system according to a current grade threshold to output the sorted ores; performing grade detection on the fine ores to obtain a current state parameter of the fine ores; calculating a first error rate of a current comprehensive grade based on the current comprehensive grade and a target comprehensive grade, and in a case that the first error rate is not within a set range of a comprehensive error rate, calculating a dynamic adjustment step length for a grade threshold according to the current state parameter of the fine ores; and performing dynamic adjustment according to the dynamic adjustment step length and the current grade threshold to obtain the adjusted current grade threshold.

In this method, a CuO—CeO2—SiO2 catalyst is filled into a fixed bed reactor, a glycerol solution is flowed into the reactor together with hydrogen gas in a manner of top feeding, and controlling the reaction temperature to be 170˜200° C., the reaction pressure to be 1.0˜5.0 MPa, so as to realize the production of 1,2-propylene glycol from the hydrogenation of glycerol. The catalyst used in this invention can sustain a high selectivity for the target product and a high conversion for glycerol for 500 hours.

    Abstract: The invention relates to the design and manufacturing technique of mechanical component which is prone to be worn in relative movement. More particularly, it relates to a method of improving the wear resistance performance of the surface of mechanical component. In this method, a bionic non-smooth morphology is formed on the frictional surface of the mechanical component. That is, a plurality of convex units shaped as crown, dimple, scale, mesh, stripe and so on are distributed on the surface. These units are 0.01-2 mm higher than the base surface. The distributed density (S) of the units, i.e., the ratio of the geometrical area of the convex units projected on the surface of the base with respect to the whole surface area of the base, is 10-40%. The hardness difference between the units and the base is HB0-200. It breaks through the conventional concept and provides a more rational and effective way to improve the wear resistance performance of mechanical component.

    Abstract: A lottery machine preventing lotteries from drawing out illegally mainly includes a base, a lottery moving device, a face plate and a coil spring. A micro switch is provided on one of two parallel side plates of the base, and held in ON condition by a stop pushed by the lottery moving device laid between two rails on the left side plate to move back and forth. A lottery is normally moved out of an outlet of the face plate by turning on a motor of the lottery moving device. But when a lottery is to be pulled out unlawfully, the lottery moving device can be moved forward by an external force pulling the lottery, cutting off the micro switch to stop the lottery moving device. Then the lottery may be pressed down firmly by an activating plate against a guider under the outlet, unable to be pulled out unlawfully.

    Abstract: A roller mechanism for a lottery ticket machine includes a face plate, a compartment, a roller unit, two position hook bars, a gear unit, and a motor device. The roller unit has a main and a subordinate rollers both provided with a pattern. The motor has a worm to rotate the gear unit and then the rollers. The position hook bars press elastically the subordinate roller to engage the main roller. The main roller rotates the subordinate roller in the reverse direction, rolling out a lottery ticket out from the two rollers. But when a lottery ticket is pulled by external force, the patterns of the rollers clamp the upper and the lower surface of the lottery ticket and increase friction, and the subordinate roller shrinks inward the position hook bars to engage tightly the main roller to prevent the lottery ticket from being pulled out.
