Abstract: A hand tool includes a flexible rod, a connecting member, a clutching member, a driving member, a slide sleeve, and a spring. The connecting member is connected to one end of the flexible rod. The connecting member has an annular groove and a retaining hole. The clutching member has a ring portion and two hooks extending from the ring portion. The ring portion engages with the annular groove. The driving member is received in the retaining hole. The slide sleeve is sleeved on the connecting member and the clutching member. The spring is disposed between the flexible rod and the slide sleeve to urge the slide sleeve toward a direction away from the flexible rod.

Abstract: A tool handle for an exchangeable screwdriver includes a handle, a retaining unit and a control unit. The retaining unit is mounted in one end of the handle. The retaining unit has a retaining hole defined therein and extending therethrough. The retaining unit has a recess defined in a lateral thereof and communicated with the retaining hole. The retaining unit has at least one connecting portion disposed between the recess and the retaining hole. The control unit is received in the recess. The control unit has at least one resilient arm extending therefrom. The at least one resilient arm passes the recess and is abutted against the at least one connecting portion to selectively extend to the retaining hole.

Abstract: A tool box includes a base. A rack is received in the base and pivotally connected to the base for positioning tools. A cover is pivotally connected to the base relative to the rack and has an imaginary pivot relative to the base. A drive mechanism is mounted to the base and includes an operation member and an engaging member. The operation member is mounted on the cover along the imaginary pivot of the cover and the operation member is rotatably driven by the cover. The engaging member is disposed on the rack along an axis of the rack and simultaneously drives the rack. The axis of the rack is perpendicular to the imaginary pivot of the cover and the engaging member is laterally engaged to the operation member.

A driving shaft is relatively and co-axially mounted in the ratchet mechanism and ratchetly and bi-directionally driven by the ratchet wheel.

The stop block enters into the annular recess of the shaft from the through hole of the retaining cylinder. The retaining cylinder has a large head portion and a small waist; and the adjusting ring is engaged to the waist and is confined by the head portion to be combined with the handle.

The first part has two stubs extending from two sides of a second end thereof so as to be received in two opposite notches.
