An LED module according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a substrate; at least one LED bare chip mounted on the substrate; and at least one color conversion sheet formed on the LED bare chip and including a phosphor, in which the color conversion sheet is formed so as to cover at least one LED bare chip and a height of a region corresponding to the LED bare chip in the color conversion sheet is different from a height of a region not corresponding to the LED bare chip in the color conversion sheet.
