    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for determining content of olaflur in toothpaste by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, comprising the following steps: obtaining to-be-tested toothpaste; dissolving the to-be-tested toothpaste in water and then adding methanol for dilution to obtain a to-be-tested solution; and placing the to-be-tested solution in a liquid chromatograph for determination under following chromatographic conditions: a C4 column; a mobile phase as a combination of phase A being methanol with 0.1% formic acid and phase B being acetonitrile, or a combination of phase A being methanol with 0.1% formic acid and phase B being water; and isocratic or gradient elution. The method can analyze the purity of organic olaflur in fluoride-containing anti-caries toothpaste and olaflur raw materials, and enables quantitative analysis of olaflur by an internal or internal standard method. An optical measuring instrument measures a welding space to obtain reference geometry information, and then the reference geometry information is inputted into an AI model to obtain control parameters that are used by a welding device and a robotic arm as operation settings to perform welding. The optical measuring instrument measures the welding space after the welding to obtain post-welding geometry information for a computerized control device to generate a classification result. When the computerized control device determines to form a next weld pass based on the classification result, the aforesaid actions are repeated until the computerized control device determines to stop welding.

    Abstract: It discloses an apparatus and a method for treating oil-containing sludge, wherein, a pressurized chamber is the main structure, and a mixture of carbonic acid in water, iron-rich biochar and polyaspartic acid is sprayed in pulses by a nano-aeration device inside the pressurized chamber. The carbonic acid is decomposed into supercritical CO2 by the nano-aeration device, reducing the viscosity of petroleum hydrocarbons in the oil-containing sludge synergistically with the polyaspartic acid. The iron-rich biochar promotes dissolution of petroleum hydrocarbons from the oil-containing sludge, thus enhancing the drive-off ratio of oil phase, and improving the decomposition of residual oil organics. In the treatment of oil-containing sludge according to the present invention, high temperature retting of the separated sludge with bacterial bran increases the degree of humification of the sludge, the treated sludge contains petroleum hydrocarbon below 1%, and can be directly available to plants.
