  • Patent number: 12202467
Abstract: Provided are a hybrid electric vehicle and driving mode control method and apparatus for the same. An engine start request is generated by a heating controller of the vehicle. A second time is determined on basis of a first time between the cancellation of a prevent engine start request and the generation of the engine start request. The engine is controlled so that the engine is further maintained in a started state during the second time after the engine start request is cancelled.

  • Patent number: 8821764
Abstract: In an anisotropic conductive adhesive containing a conductive particle, the conductive particle includes a resin particle that is provided with a cavity formed therein and a conductive layer surrounding a surface of the resin particle. The cavity is formed by mixing the resin particle with a reactant and partially removing the reactant from the resin particle. Thus, the conductive particle may readily absorb an external pressure, thereby providing an improved malleability to the conductive particle.

  • Publication number: 20130280859
Abstract: Provided are a thin film transistor and a method of manufacturing the same. The thin film transistor includes: a gate electrode; source and drain electrodes spaced apart in a up and down direction from the gate electrode and in a horizontal direction from each other; a gate dielectric formed between the gate electrode and the source electrode and between the gate electrode and the drain electrode; and an active layer formed between the gate dielectric and the source electrode and between the gate dielectric and the drain electrode, wherein the active layer is formed of at least two zinc oxide thin layers doped with an element.
