    Abstract: The embodiment of the present invention discloses Hangtaimycin derivatives and their preparation and application. Hangtaimycin derivatives are obtained by fermentation of Streptomyces spectabilis CCTCC M2017417 and its genetically knockout mutant strain in SFMR medium, with further isolation, purification, and alcoholysis. Through screening, Hangtaimycin derivatives showed excellent anti-inflammatory and analgesic, anti-tumor, liver injury protection, cell membrane protection, and drug addiction prevention activities, providing new drug leads for developing related drugs.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes remapping hardware, a processor, and a Northbridge IC. The remapping hardware converts a virtual address included in an unconverted DMA request into a physical address. The processor executes software to configure the remapping hardware. The Northbridge IC sends the physical address to the processor. When the software changes the configuration of the remapping hardware, the remapping hardware outputs a data draining request to the Northbridge IC. When the Northbridge IC receives the data draining request at a first time, the Northbridge IC suspends unconverted DMA requests after the first time until a second time, and outputs a first data draining response to the remapping hardware at the second time. The remapping hardware receives the first data draining response and notifies the processor that the data draining request has been completed.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multi-functional nanoparticle targeted to breast cancer, a preparation method and use thereof. The multi-functional nanoparticle includes a targeting carrier and a medicament loaded on the targeting carrier; and the targeting carrier is made from recombinant ferritin. Cell experiments verify that the multi-functional nanoparticle has better efficacy and drug release capacity for cancer cells than those of conventional ferritin as a vector. Moreover, the drug delivery system can further achieve optical imaging of tumor cells by loading quantum dots, thus playing a role in cancer diagnosis and treatment.

    Abstract: The available delivery capability (ADC) of a power distribution network with respect to a power transaction is evaluated in real-time. The power transaction involves simultaneous power deliveries from power sources in a source area to loads in a sink area. First, a list of contingencies are ranked in the power distribution network with respect to static security constraints to obtain a subset of top-ranked contingencies. For each top-ranked contingency in the subset, a representation of the power transaction in a steady state of the power distribution network, in a form of parameterized three-phase power flow equations, is solved to obtain a corresponding power delivery capability (PDC) and a corresponding binding constraint among the static security constraints. The reliability of the power transaction in the power distribution network is then evaluated based on, at least in part, a first contingency PDC which is a smallest PDC among obtained corresponding PDCs.

The cutter disks comprises a slicing cutter disk and a dicing cutter disk, a block in the container cover, a handle in the slicing cutter disk, and through-holes in the dicing cutter disk. The dicer is able to cut food into pieces with the same shape and size, and the dicing effectiveness is substantially perfect. The deceleration components have simple structure, which occupy small space and are convenient for household use. The handle is provided on the slicing cutter disk to facilitate detachment of the slice cutter disk for cleaning, and a through-hole is defined in the dicing cutter disk to facilitate detachment of the cutter disk for cleaning. The block makes the slicing cutter disk stable when rotating, to facilitate dicing.
