The semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, a status signal generator, an RB output control unit and a control logic. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cells. The status signal generator outputs an internal status signal indicating whether the memory cell array is performing an internal operation. The RB output control unit outputs a ready/busy signal based on the internal status signal. The control logic controls the RB output control unit to adjust an output current of the RB output control unit.

Abstract: An electrolyte composition for a lead storage battery and a lead storage battery using the same are provided. More particularly, the electrolyte composition of a lead storage battery and the lead storage battery using the same improve stratification of an electrolyte without use of a separate mechanical device by using a natural stirring effect caused by a specific gravity difference between a dispersant having a specific gravity of from about 1.02 to about 1.35 and an electrolyte including distilled water and sulfuric acid. Due to the reduction in mechanical components, the electrolyte composition for a lead storage battery and a lead storage battery disclosed herein have enhanced durability compared to conventional batteries.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a special effect chair, and the special effect chair includes a chair; a heating element installed inside the chair; a wind blowing unit for circulating air heated by the heating element; and a discharge unit for discharging the air circulated by the wind blowing unit to the outside of the chair, and the discharge unit is positioned on the front side of the chair. Accordingly, according to the present invention, power consumption can be reduced as much as one twentieth compared with a conventional technique by reducing the distance of injecting hot air and adding a heat storage function.

The precharge signal generator generates a precharge signal for performing the precharge operation in a bank selected in response to the write address when the write precharge signal is activated, or generates a precharge signal for performing the precharge operation in a bank selected in response to the read address when the read precharge signal is activated.

Accordingly, behavioral actions of a person in daily life can be dynamically recognized via a home network and home electronic devices and converted into metadata, and transmitted to another home network in real-time via a network. Thus, the experiences and feelings of a user can be dynamically shared.

Abstract: Nanocrystalline metal powders comprising tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium or niobium can be synthesized using a combustion reaction. Methods for synthesizing the nanocrystalline metal powders are characterized by forming a combustion synthesis solution by dissolving in water an oxidizer, a fuel, and a base-soluble, ammonium precursor of tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium, or niobium in amounts that yield a soichiometric burn when combusted. The combustion synthesis solution is then heated to a temperature sufficient to substantially remove water and to initiate a self-sustaining combustion reaction. The resulting powder can be subsequently reduced to metal form by heating in a reducing gas environment.
