  • Patent number: 8730579
Abstract: An optical sheet includes a base film in which light is incident from a lower side, a plurality of prism patterns and a diffusion member. The prism patterns are protruded to be spaced apart from each other on the base film to enhance the front luminance of light incident from the lower side of the base film. The diffusion member is disposed between prism patterns to have a diffusion surface in parallel with the base film. The diffusion member includes a plurality of diffusion dots capable of enhancing the luminance uniformity of light incident from the lower side of the base film. Thus, front luminance and luminance uniformity may be enhanced due to a juxtaposition of the prism patterns and the diffusion portion, and the viewing angle of the LCD device may be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20100177783
Abstract: In a system and method of transferring signals between a media access controller (MAC) and a physical layer (PHY) the signals are transferred on an interface that includes a parallel data bus for the transmission of data signals in parallel between the MAC and the PHY. At the MAC, a PHY register transaction is initiated, by providing, at the MAC, a PHY register address in parallel on the parallel data bus and a control signal on a serial control signal line to request the PHY register transaction, the PHY register transaction comprising one of a PHY register write operation and a PHY register read operation. In the event the control signal requests a PHY register write operation, the MAC next provides PHY register data signals in parallel on the parallel data bus to program a PHY register having the PHY register address.

  • Patent number: 6944074
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device and method of operating the same that replaces a fail normal word line that is coupled to a fail memory cell with a redundant word line from a redundant memory block. If the fail normal word line is selected during operation, both the fail normal word line and the redundant word line are activated at the same time to increase capacitance at the sense amplifier. Therefore, it may be possible to increase the exactness of a read operation or a refresh operation, and thereby improve reliability of a device operation by increasing a comparison margin of the sense amplifier.

  • Publication number: 20040218431
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a semiconductor memory device and method of operating the same. In case where fail normal word lines of normal word lines from a normal memory block to which fail memory cells are connected is substituted by redundant word lines of a redundant memory block, the redundant word lines to replace the fail normal word lines are set in the redundant memory block. If the fail normal word lines are selected when the device is operated, the fail normal word lines and the redundant word lines are activated at the same time to increase capacitance of a capacitor connected to the sense amplifier. Therefore, it is possible to increase the exactness of a read operation or a refresh operation and improve reliability of a device operation, by increasing a comparable margin of the sense amplifier.
