Abstract: A credit card management method using a communication terminal is disclosed. In a process of credit data transmission in the credit card management method, credit data of a credit card selected from a list of registered credit cards are transmitted to a personal computer through a local radio communication network. If a credit card is reported lost, the communication terminal is connected to a card security center to resolve the issue regarding the selected credit card. In the searching method for credit card usage information, the credit card usage information is searched by connecting to a home page of a credit card company corresponding to the selected credit card. According to the present invention, when shopping on-line, a user of a communication terminal may purchase a commodity easily. Further, the user may easily report a lost credit card or may search for credit card usage information.
