Publication number: 20250135587Abstract: An automated multi-pass welding method is provided. An optical measuring instrument measures a welding space to obtain reference geometry information, and then the reference geometry information is inputted into an AI model to obtain control parameters that are used by a welding device and a robotic arm as operation settings to perform welding. The optical measuring instrument measures the welding space after the welding to obtain post-welding geometry information for a computerized control device to generate a classification result. When the computerized control device determines to form a next weld pass based on the classification result, the aforesaid actions are repeated until the computerized control device determines to stop welding.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 17, 2024Publication date: May 1, 2025Inventors: Chung-Che CHOU, Wei-Tze CHANG, Gee-Jin YU, Kung-Juin WANG, Chiun-Lin WU, Chun-Yao YANG

Publication number: 20250047980Abstract: This disclosure describes a method to calibrate a position of an optical image stabilization (OIS) lensing element 308 based on an electric current reading of one or more areas of a mobile imaging device 200. The position is a deviation from a center position, where the OIS lensing element 308 is not influenced by a force. A coupling compensation coefficient is generated based on the electric current reading. A derived value for the position is adjusted based on the coupling compensation coefficient. A scaling sensitivity coefficient is generated based on the electric current reading. The derived value for the position is further adjusted based on the scaling sensitivity coefficient. The coupling compensation coefficient and the scaling sensitivity coefficient are further based on maximum and minimum values for the Hall Effect sensor at the temperature reading and a calibration temperature.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 3, 2024Publication date: February 6, 2025Applicant: Google LLCInventor: Jin Yu Lee

Publication number: 20250040546Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and methods of inactivating a lipid enveloped virus in a product feedstream in a manufacturing process of a therapeutic protein using environmentally compatible detergents. The present disclosure provides a detergent mixture comprising two environmentally sustainable detergents: n-Octyl-?-D-Glucopyranoside (OG) and n-Dodecyl-?-D-Maltopyranoside (DDM). The performance of this OG:DDM detergent combination is superior to that of Lauryldimethylamine Oxide (LDAO), ECOSURF™ EH9, or Triton X-100 in the purification of therapeutic proteins such as abatacept and belatacept. OG:DDM combinations are highly effective for viral inactivation, while having essentially no impact on protein stability, protein charge distribution (e.g., sialic acid levels), impurity clearance, protein deamination, or protein oxidation. Accordingly, combinations of OG and DDM can be used as substitutes of Triton X-100 for viral inactivation steps in the production of biologics.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 16, 2022Publication date: February 6, 2025Inventors: Hasin Maksura FEROZ, Yuanyuan JI, Melissa Ann HOLSTEIN, Sanchayita GHOSE, Jin YU, Zhi LI, Dong YANG, Brian James WALSH

Publication number: 20250028186Abstract: This disclosure describes a method to calibrate a position of an optical image stabilization (OIS) lensing element 308 based on a temperature reading. The temperature reading is of one or more sensors, such as a Hall Effect sensor, and the position is a deviation from a center position, which is the position of the OIS lensing element 308 when it is not influenced by a force. A center drift coefficient is generated based on the temperature reading. A derived value for the position is adjusted based on the center drift coefficient. Additionally, a scaling sensitivity coefficient is generated based on the temperature reading. The adjusting of the derived value for the position is further based on the scaling sensitivity coefficient. The center drift coefficient and the scaling sensitivity coefficient are further based on maximum and minimum values for the Hall Effect sensor at the temperature reading and a calibration temperature.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 1, 2024Publication date: January 23, 2025Applicant: Google LLCInventor: Jin Yu Lee

Publication number: 20240378634Abstract: According to an embodiment, the present application provides a method for marketing campaigns utilizing a tokenization framework, which relies on smart contracts for its operations. This method starts by accepting a campaign budget, which is for initiating the setup of a smart contract associated with this budget. The smart contract is responsible for the conversion of this budget into tokens, which are earmarked for distribution to users who enroll in the campaign. Operations of the smart contract include the periodic identification and verification of user-generated content relevant to the campaign. This is achieved by examining specific reference tags linked to the content. The smart contract evaluates the effectiveness of the content by analyzing engagement metrics, such as the number of views, likes, and comments. Based on these metrics, the smart contract calculates the appropriate token rewards for each participant.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 12, 2024Publication date: November 14, 2024Applicant: COMMERCEFI LLCInventors: Jin YU, Sundeep SANGHAVI, Xunhui YU, Vivek RAO
