    Abstract: A meander embedding sector traveling-wave antenna for series superconducting detectors is provided, including: a detector array, a meander metal layer, a pair of bend-line metal layers, and a pair of sector metal layers. The detector array is individually connected in the meander metal layer and the pair of bend-line metal layers; the pair of bend-line metal layers is correspondingly connected to the pair of sector metal layers; and the pair of sector metal layers is disposed symmetrically centered on the detector array. The antenna improves working bandwidth of THz antenna and completes low-impedance matching between a single antenna and each series Josephson junction embedded in the antenna. The embedding meander can be connected to a plurality of low-impedance detectors, and performance of the antenna is not influenced while target impedance matching is completed. And the working bandwidth of the THz antenna embedded with the series detectors is increased.

An AI-based optimal air damper control method according to an embodiment calculates energy efficiency under a given control condition and an environment by extracting energy efficiency-related data from industrial boiler operational data and analyzing a correlation between corresponding data, trains an AI-based optimal air volume-for-load prediction model by using the extracted data and the calculated energy efficiency as training data, and derives an air volume condition that results in peak energy efficiency under a given load, based on the trained optimal air volume-for-load prediction model, and automatically controls the air damper according to the corresponding air volume condition.

The barrier film has excellent barrier properties and optical properties and can be used for electronic products that are sensitive to moisture and the like.

An active optimized path is selected for a host that is an object owner, and an active non-optimized path is selected for a host that is a component owner. The selection of the optimized path for a host is further based on whether that host has sufficient processor and memory resources to service input/output for the target. A standby path is selected for any other host that is neither an object owner or a component owner. The selected paths are provided to an initiator so as to enable the initiator to choose at least one of the paths to access the target for the input/output.
