Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mounting structure of a photovoltaic panel, and relates to the technical of mounting of solar panels. The mounting structure includes a bottom plate, bases, supporting rails and clamps; the bases are fixedly mounted on the bottom plate; the supporting rails are detachably connected to the bases; the clamps slide on the supporting rails; the bases include mounting portions and supporting portions fixed on the mounting portions; side walls of the supporting rails are provided with side sliding chutes for fasteners to slide; top walls of the supporting rails are provided with top sliding chutes for the clamps to slide; and the clamps include sliding portions and clamping portions. In addition, a waterproof mud layer and the bottom plate are also arranged below the bases, so that the waterproof performance of the roof after the mounting of the photovoltaic panel can be better guaranteed.

The fixing device of a photovoltaic panel includes a mounting rail, a photovoltaic panel, a medium pressure fixing member and a side pressure fixing member; the medium pressure fixing member includes a medium pressure block, a first bolt, a spring, a first limiting plate and a first clamping block; the side pressure fixing member includes a side pressure block, a second bolt, a second limiting plate and a second clamping block; the photovoltaic panel is arranged on the mounting rail; a side edge of the medium pressure block is arranged on a side edge of the photovoltaic panel; and a side edge of the side pressure block is arranged on a side edge of the photovoltaic panel.

Abstract: A color steel tile fixture includes a limit part having a limit groove; a clamping assembly including two opposite clamping parts which are each equipped with, from top to bottom in sequence, a clamping head, a bump defining a slope, and a clamping splice; a connecting block provided with a threaded hole and two opposite arc grooves on either side of the threaded hole, the clamping head of each clamping part being rotatably engaged in a respective arc groove of the two opposite arc grooves; a threaded part which is screwed into the threaded hole; and a connecting part. When the threaded part is screwed, the connecting block moves upward along the threaded part causing side panels of the limit groove to engage the slopes of the bumps, so that the clamping parts are biased inwardly such that the clamping splices are configured to clamp a color steel tile.

Abstract: The invention discloses a guide rail for solar mounting, comprising a main body; the main body is provided with a first slotted rail on the top, a nut rail on one sidewall, and a second slotted rail on the other sidewall; the first slotted rail has an upward opening; the second slotted rail has an opening perpendicular to that of the first slotted rail and with the back against the main body; the nut rail has an opening perpendicular to that of the first slotted rail and with the back against the main body; the second slotted rail has an opening opposite to that of the nut rail. The guide rail for solar mounting can be fixed in diversified ways, i.e, by an outer-hexagonal part or a fixture block, meeting operating requirements under different conditions.
